How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is [Your full name], [Street and number, postcode, city], Greece (operating the Glamsis store at glamsis.com). Email: info@glamsis.com.

What data we collect

  • Order data: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number (if provided), ordered products, order history and payment status.
  • Account data: if you create an account, your login details and saved addresses.
  • Messages: information you send us through the contact or withdrawal forms or by email.
  • Newsletter: your email address and preferences, if you sign up.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and cookie data (see “Cookies” below).

Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • To process, produce, ship and support your order, handle withdrawals and returns – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • To prevent fraud and keep our website secure, and to answer your enquiries – legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To send newsletters and marketing emails, and to use non-essential cookies – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share your data with

We only share your data with service providers that we need to run our store, and only as far as necessary:

  • Fulfilment partners (print on demand): Printify and the independent production partners in its network (such as Printful) receive your name, delivery address, contact details and order details so they can produce and ship your order. Depending on your delivery address and product availability, these partners may be located inside or outside the EU (for example in the United Kingdom or the United States).
  • Shipping carriers chosen by our fulfilment partners, to deliver your parcel.
  • Payment providers: WooPayments (powered by Stripe), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay process your payment. They act under their own privacy policies.
  • Hosting: our website is hosted by Hostinger.
  • Email marketing: Omnisend, if you subscribe to our newsletter or consent to marketing cookies.
  • Website services: WooCommerce (Automattic), Google (Search Console, used to monitor our site in search results), Akismet (spam protection for forms).
  • Authorities and advisers where required by law (for example tax authorities or accountants).

International data transfers

Some of these providers are located, or process data, outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are based on an adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for certified providers) or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or are necessary to perform your order (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep your data

We keep order and invoice data for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 10 years). Account data is kept until you delete your account. Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the store (for example your shopping cart, login and checkout security). Other cookies, such as marketing cookies, are only used if you agree to them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal). To exercise your rights, contact us at info@glamsis.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Greece, this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr); you can also contact the authority in your country of residence.

Children

Our store is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page.
