Made to order

All our products are produced on demand by third-party fulfilment partners after you place your order (see our Shipping & Production Policy). Because of this, we cannot exchange items directly. If you would like a different size or colour, please withdraw from your order as described below and place a new order. Please check our size guides before ordering.

Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period expires 14 days after you receive the last parcel.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. The easiest way is to use our online Withdraw from contract function. You can also email us at info@glamsis.com or send a letter to the address above, for example using the model withdrawal form below (use of the form is not mandatory). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.

Returning the goods

After you have withdrawn, we will email you the return address. Please send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. You meet the deadline if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.

• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• Please return items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.

Refunds after withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (not any extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we were informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised (for example items with your own name, text or uploaded image). If we offer such items in the future, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Damaged, faulty or misprinted items

Every item is checked before shipping, but mistakes can happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. In most of these cases you will not need to send the item back.

This does not limit your statutory rights. As a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery under EU and Greek consumer law.
